Season To Date: 16-5

New York Giants (4-3) at New Orleans Saints (3-4): The Saints have won two straight and have turned their season around.  New York has feasted on turnovers and weak competition to lead the NFC East.  The Superdome has been a chamber of horrors for the Giants in the past.  New Orleans is not as explosive on offense as in the past, but Drew Brees will protect the football.  The Saints control the clock on offense with their short passing game.  Big Blue’s inability to rush the passer enables Brees to outduel Eli Manning in a close game.  Saints 27- Giants 23.

Green Bay Packers (6-0) at Denver Broncos (6-0): Denver has the pass rush and secondary to limit Aaron Rodgers.  Davante Adams returns for Green Bay and should help open up some quick strike plays for Rodgers.  This is going to be a close game because Denver is pedestrian on offense.  The Broncos want to run the ball well to protect an old Peyton Manning, but just have not been able to.  An average offensive line and the absence of a quality workhorse back are the culprits.  Rodgers makes more plays than Manning does and leads the Pack to a narrow victory.  Green Bay 20- Broncos 17.

Cincinnati Bengals (6-0) at Pittsburgh Steelers (4-3): The Steelers are at home, Big Ben returns and Pittsburgh is the more desperate team.  However, the Bengals are loaded on offense and are coming off of a bye.  Plus, Cincinnati lost twice to Pittsburgh last season and certainly want payback.  The Bengals are really good and  determined to erase past failures in big games.  Andy Dalton outduels Roethlisberger as he shreds a weak and depleted Pittsburgh secondary.  Bengals 38- Steelers 33.
