Season To Date: 12-11

Philadelphia Eagles (4-3) at New York Giants (4-3): The loser of this bitter rivalry faces a much tougher path to the playoffs.  The Giants weak running game figures to do little against Philadelphia’s good front seven.  New York will be predictable on offense and Eli Manning’s mediocre offensive line struggles to pass protect.  The Eagles are not explosive on offense, but do enough to win a slugfest.  Eagles 17 – Giants 16

Denver Broncos (6-2) at Oakland Raiders (6-2): The Raiders have been better on the road than at home this season.  Nevertheless, it should be a madhouse and an edge for the Raiders to be home for this classic rivalry game.  Denver’s defense remains elite and matches up well against Derek Carr and his high-flying offense.  Oakland’s balanced attack has some success against the Broncos.  Denver struggles to run the ball without C.J. Anderson and gives Carr too many chances.  Oakland 23- Denver 20

Buffalo Bills (4-4) at Seattle Seahawks (4-2-1): Seattle is really struggling on offense as the offensive line is average and Russell Wilson’s mobility is limited due to injuries.  Wilson’s running not only helps Seattle’s ground game, but his scrambling opens up big pass plays.  The Bills can rush the quarterback and Wilson should find himself under duress again.  Buffalo can be run on, but Christine Michael does not get many yards on his own.  The Seahawks have struggled to run the ball all season.Seattle’s defense, home field and special teams help the Seahawks edge Buffalo.  Seahawks 20- Bills 17
