Season To Date: 30-20

New York Giants (11-5) at Green Bay Packers (10-6): The Giants have the defense and secondary to limit Aaron Rodgers.  The Packers' star quarterback uses his ability to extend plays to score enough points to edge New York. The inconsistent New York offense just does not make that one play to put them over the top.  This is a game where Eli Manning could use a good tight end and a bruising back to gain hard yards.  Packers 20- Giants 17.

Detroit Lions (9-7) at Seattle Seahawks (10-5-1): Seattle is really a shell of the team that went to two straight Super Bowls.  The defense badly misses Earl Thomas and they struggle to run the ball behind a mediocre offensive line.  Detroit can be extremely competitive in this game despite the fact that they do not run the ball well, either. Matthew Stafford makes his share of plays, but in the end a good Seattle pass rush forces him into a mistake.  Russell Wilson uses his legs and arm to lead Seattle to victory at home.  Seahawks 24- Lions 20.

Miami Dolphins (10-6) at Pittsburgh Steelers (11-5): Pittsburgh is rested and playing better defensively.  They still can be run on, but should do a much better job of containing Jay Ajayi.  It will help that Ben Roethlisberger will get Pittsburgh out in front and force Matt Moore to play catch-up.  The Steelers move on and defeat a game Miami team.  Pittsburgh 24- Miami 17.

Oakland Raiders (12-4) at Houston Texans (9-7): The Raiders are forced to start rookie, Connor Cook, at quarterback due to injuries.  Oakland has to run the ball well to win this game and a stout Houston defense will not let this happen.  Brock Osweiler does enough to help Houston win.  Texans 17- Raiders 6.
